PARTS WARRANTY - 2017
SunPump will replace or repair defectives parts returned for exchange for a period after the purchase date.
If you have an Error Code or other problem that seems to be inside the SunPump case, please contact your Installer first. We support them to know basic diagnostics and methods to find out what the issue might be. Here are the steps in order:
- If you are not sure, start with a SEARCH (top right icon), to find if the problem is known. This works most times and is online 24/7.
- If you have a Service Agreement, contact your Installer-provider only. Their card should be on the SunPump.
- Use this Parameter Values Form to send our Tech the Settings and Data from the touch screen Controller. It is fast and easy.
- You can complete a Support Ticket here if you have no Service Agreement coverage for local priority labor. .
- Complete a Warranty Claim form attached below. Submit by email or fax, then return the part. Elaborate on the symptoms is most helpful.
Non-Warranty Paid Services - if you neglect the above steps, you may be charged at $110/hr.for non-Warranty Support Services.
- If you have a Service Agreement and bypass their coverage; causing a duplication of effort for SunPump, this has a user fee.
- Trouble-shooting service that results in finding problems not part of SunPump, for example a pump, tripped power, or heat distribution issue.
- Email/text/chat sent to the executive team, or email spammed to multiple people.outside of this Support Desk
- Getting a replacement part in advance requires advanced payment and will be refunded if the claim is approved.
