These are sensor issues, typically a missing sensor or one that is not properly connected.

The Error number relates to a location on the PCB board, from 1 to 6 that is not found by the Controller.

  • first determine which sensor is the issue, what is the PCB location and the place the sensor should be located?
  • the reason it is showing as an error is because the controller is not satisfied with the connection
  • often the sensor was missing or not installed. Dealer should install a NTC 5K ohm thermistor or resistor as needed
  • sometimes the location is incorrect
  • very often the thermistor has poor contact and needs proper installation

E09 for SP2.2 is a voltage or frequency warning triggered by a storm, and resolved by a manual reset off/on at the breaker. See E09 for more.
