Performance Issues
If there is a question about SunPump performance it needs to be documented on this PDF form (attached below), and returned to SunPump in a Ticket.
The installer should complete this form, not a home owner.
Do not phone SunPump on verification data issues, they are complex and require a full range of metrics be verified to enable our HVAC technician to resolve heating concerns. Complete the most relevant details in the form the best you can. A call from the site location for support on a few missing details is welcome from new Dealers only.
