A tip we found is to have a supply of M8 x 1 inch bolts with a 23mm T-head for use on the middle hole of panels where a U-foot is used. It solves some of the issue with reaching over panels and tightening a flange nut while keeping the bolt from turning because the 23mm T-head locks into the panel fold.
T-Head Bolt is stainless steel 304 in metric M8 x 25mm x 22mm T-head, 13mm Flange Nut
Retainer Clip made from a small 5-cent paper clip to grip the threads.
Paper clip serves to hold the T-bolt until you can thread the Flange Nut loosely on.
Paper clip slides out, the flange nut is tightened with one wrench, Finished.
